At Sprinkles & Spice Baking Supplies, we take pride in providing fresh, custom, and high-quality products. To ensure transparency and food safety, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Final Sale: Perishable & Edible Items
Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of food products, the following items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Baked goods and sweets
- Spice blends and food ingredients
- Edible images (cake toppers, printed sheets, etc.)
- Any other food-grade or consumable products
2. No Exchanges & Custom Orders
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any products. Please ensure your order details, quantities, and image uploads are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Custom Orders: All custom-designed products (including personalized edible images) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a clear manufacturing error on our part.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the original packaging
Upon review, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement of the original item or a refund to your original payment method.
4. Returns for Non-Perishable Items
Non-edible items (such as cake stands, tools, or baking hardware) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns involving non-perishable items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Fees & Refunds
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7โ10 business days.
